Our Golf Simulator Garden Room is specifically designed to not only look stunning in your garden, but also to perfectly house the state-of-the-art technology that is powered by the amazing GSX Golf Simulator which redefines realism, with ultra high-definition graphics and lifelike 3D rendering that brings every detail of your golf to life.
The GSX system has been created over the last 30 years by a company locally based in Dorking, and is now sold worldwide.
The Sports Simulator technology uses a network of high-speed, photometric cameras and infrared sensors, to track ball and club movements at millisecond precision, ensuring every shot is captured with sub-millimetre accuracy.
The impact-resistant projection screen and robust enclosure provide a safe, durable, playing environment, while modular hardware components allow seamless upgrades and maintenance.
Powered by their proprietary simulation engine, the software replicates real-world physics across a range of sports (not only golf), rendering lifelike ball trajectories, player movements and environments in 4K resolution.
A stunning quality, hand-built garden room comes as standard
The Downland Simulator Garden Room is six and a half metres long by five metres wide with a pitched roof, that at its peak is four metres high.
Therefore we are able to create a stunning vaulted ceiling that is 3.5 metres high in the hitting area. This means that even the tallest golfers can comfortably swing everything from a pitching wedge to their driver without ever being concerned about their surroundings.
Obviously the room is hand-built on site to our usual very high standards and has all the choices of cladding, flooring finishes and air conditioning you would expect.
It is a purpose built, beautifully decorated, 'turn-key' golf sim solution.

Practise on your virtual range
The GSX Golf Software comes with 65 playable Golf Courses from around the world. Never before have golf courses been reproduced, so accurately that it’s difficult to separate the real thing from the simulated course. Play everywhere from Ballybunion to Wentworth, Sunningdale to Whistling Straits or try to clear the water on the12th at a very famous course in Georgia!
