Downland Garden Rooms are a well respected, locally based company, in Chipstead Village and Epsom Downs. We've built hundreds of garden rooms for our happy customers across Surrey, South West London, parts of West Sussex and even the far west of Kent, so if you are interested in us building for you please just get in touch.
As you can see from the map above, that shows our normal catchment area, it is roughly a circle with Reigate at its centre and then 20 miles in every direction from there!
However it's always worth getting in touch if you live outside this area as we may well love to build for you anyway! We look forward to hearing from you.
